Frequently asked questions
Once I buy a subscription, will I have to pay for anything else?
No. After subscribing you get every feature included in your plan (see the comparison table). That is our rule: we don't charge extra for premium templates, the audio/video/photo libraries or any individual features. The one exception is AI credits: if the credits included in your plan are not enough, you can buy additional packs.
How does the subscription work?
With an active subscription, the fee is charged automatically to your card at the end of each billing period. If the system fails to charge the card three times, the subscription is switched off. You can cancel the subscription at any time.
How can I save on the subscription?
Pay for a year up front — the same Premium plan then costs $5 per month instead of $14.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay with a bank card (VISA or Mastercard).
